GOTTA Buy ALL Ready Freddy Books!!

I can't say enough about the Ready Freddy series books! They're humorous, interactive, educational...and just plain old fun! Let's put it this way I began reading these to my 4 and 6 year old boys just before school let out for the summer and in a matter of 2 1/2 months we've read ALL but "Thanksgiving Turkey Trouble" and that's because we're waiting for it to arrive in the mail. We were hooked from the 1st book on! Can't wait for the others to come out!

He was a poor reader and only read what was assigned

My grandson read these books when he was 8. He was a poor reader and only read what was assigned. This is the first series of books that he actually picked up and read on his own, often calling me on the phone to tell me how many pages he read the evening before.
Now his brother (6) listens to this series at bedtime reading, and doesn't mind his older brother reading to him!

Camping Catastrophe

Anything in the Ready, Freddy series is a good choice. My son is 7 years old and in 2nd grade. He's a good reader, and had this book read in one Saturday. It was a good thing that I purchased a few of these at a time to keep him busy. Fun book. Fun series.
